Divorce, the last week

This week we discussed divorce and its effects on the family.  I found it interesting that there are several different stages of divorce.  I think that many times long before the actual divorce takes place one or more of these things is taking place in a marriage.  Another thing we discussed is parenting again and its importance.  I find it important that we need to establish the consequences long before the action is needed.  I feel that as the children are involved they will have a great accountability for their actions.  This semester has been a wonderful time to learn and reflect about the family system.  I know that as we apply the principles taught in this course my family will be stronger.
