How to Deal with a Crisis

This week was a real applicable week for me.  One of the main reasons why I am taking these classes is to see how I can help others in their time of need.  How a crisis affects a family is an important part of the process.  I enjoyed the comments about different difficulties people have been through and what took place in the family.  Something important that I learned is that how we react in situations is a key component.  We can directly change the outcome of a situation and choose whether or not we learn or suffer.  As we all work toward admitting the problem and doing all we can to make the best of the situation I know that we will be able to help several families.
